From now through summer, Ofeila is a go-to blouse when you want a little something special to wear with anything from denim to shorts.  The short sleeve blouse is done in a pinstripe "denim" (although it is not heavy like denim) with contrast hand embroidered smocking details in the color of the moment, red, on the upper and lower part of the bust. Take a look at the photo of the back...so feminine and flattering! Needless to say, it looks amazing with any shade of denim, and we can't wait to pair it with white as the seasons change.  The fabric is made in Italy and is from the Loretta Caponi archives. All embroideries are hand done in Tuscany. Each piece is hand crafted by master artisans and may vary slightly from the image shown.

Fit Notes: Ofelia is running small to size, you may want to size up.

A little history: Loretta Caponi founded her namesake label in Florence in 1967 and today it continues to evolve its signature, exquisite hand-embroidered clothing, lingerie and linens. The craftsmanship is unlike any other.  Renowned and sought out by everyone from European royalty to Hollywood starlets the designs are handcrafted with great precision which is evident in their intricate stitched embroidery.  All designs are made in house at the brands atelier or by a seamstress that works from home...Loretta was well ahead of her time with a work from home approach!  A fan of Loretta's label for years, I am so honored to share it with you...and if you find yourself in Florence, a stop at her shop is a must!
