Shipping Policies

Once your order is placed, we aim to ship it to you within 1-3 days, excluding weekends and holidays.  These times may be just a tiny bit longer during sales, and holidays, so we greatly appreciate your patience!  Should you happen to pre-order an item with us, we will fulfill it as soon as we have the inventory in hand and you will be notified when it is on it's way.  All orders, domestic and international, are shipped via UPS or UPS Worldwide. Applicable rates will be available via the drop down menu at check out.  Domestic orders within the contiguous USA of $300 and over ship for free and include insurance. We do not provide free shipping on international orders at this time.  In addition, any applicable duties and taxes applied by the country of delivery are the responsibility of the customer.  C'est Mimi is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance.  We are unable to ship to PO boxes both domestically and internationally.  Tracking information is sent to your email once the item is packed and shipped.

PLEASE NOTE: Once your cute things are in the hands of the courier, C’est Mimi is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.  We will assist you in any way we can should an unfortunate mishap occur, i.e., helping you communicate with the courier, and providing any information we can, but again, ultimately, any claims due to lost, stolen or damaged packages will be between you and the courier.
 
Local Atlanta Orders:
All Atlanta orders are available for pick up at our local showroom space.  Choose the C'est Mimi Showroom Pick-up from the drop-down menu at checkout and then we will arrange a day and time with you via email, text or phone, based on what information you provide.  We are in Buckhead on Cains Hill Place, behind Patagonia and directly across from the outside seating at Henri’s.
