We hope you will love each and every C’est Mimi purchase you make, but if for some reason it is not as cute as you thought it would be, and if you are in the USA, you can return FULL priced items (see conditions for sale items below) within 7 days of the delivery date for a refund. (Note: Shipping is non-refundable.) At this time, all international orders are FINAL sale. After 7 days of delivery date, you may still return FULL priced items, but the return will be for store credit only and must arrive back to us within 10 days of the delivery date, after 10 days, the sale is final. Please kindly consider that we are a tiny, itty, bitty business and we cannot make any exceptions to this policy. Our inventory is not vast, we love keeping it small and special, and it’s highly likely that someone is on a wait list for your item.
To be eligible for return, your item (s) must be unworn, with tags attached, free of any perfumes, and all buttons, snaps, and zippers fastened and intact. C’est Mimi reserves the right to refuse a return if the items are not in the condition as stated above. If an item arrives to you in unsatisfactory condition, please email us within 24 hours of delivery to let us know, along with a photo of the item in question and we will resolve the issue asap.
We kindly ask that you provide us with the courtesy of an email at
bonjour@shopcestmimi.com to notify us of your return, the reason for return, and the tracking so that we can stay on top of it. Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you and let you know if the refund was approved and if so, it will promptly be credited to the original form of payment. Please keep in mind that it may take up to 10 days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Please note that we do not offer free returns at this time. We personally prefer a courier such as UPS. However, if you choose to return via the USPS, we strongly suggest insurance and tracking. We are not responsible for any packages lost or not received.
Exceptions and Non-returnable Items:
We are delighted to place a custom/special order for you when possible, however, we do not accept returns on these orders. So, please make sure you think it is the cutest thing ever and really want it! A 50% deposit is due at the time of the order and the remaining balance is to be paid before we ship. In addition, any accessories including, but not limited to jewelry, handbags/totes, hats, undergarments and belts may not be returned. Gift Cards are also non-refundable.
Sales/Discounts:
Occasionally, C’est Mimi offers selected inventory on sale, special discount offers or may run site-wide sales. Please note that anything purchased with a discount code up to 20% off may be returned (within 7 days of delivery date) for a STORE CREDIT ONLY. Store credits only expire if C’est Mimi goes out of business. Anything discounted over 20% will be absolute FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for a store credit.
Exchanges:
Due to the limited nature of our inventory, we cannot accommodate exchanges. Please return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.
